Torres, the coauthor of the New York Times bestseller News for All the People, joined veteran journalist Paul Delaney and guest host Eric Deggans in a conversation about coverage of the civil rights movement. The program explored how coverage of the movement in the 1950s and ʼ60s continues to shape coverage today — and considered the impact of reporting on 1963’s March on Washington.
