reddit Co-Founder Alexis Ohanian Puts Up Net Neutrality Ads in D.C.
This is how you get a message across.
reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian has put up ads promoting Net Neutrality in bus shelters around Washington, D.C. A crowdfunding campaign raised the $20,000 Ohanian needed to put up the signs, which warn against the scary online world we’ll all have the pleasure of hating if the FCC’s Internet payola plan goes through.
Meanwhile, Free Press activist and Oklahoma resident John Hartman has put up four billboards in Tulsa to trumpet his support for the open Internet:
People all over the country are speaking out and taking action … and tomorrow we’ll be rallying in front of the FCC and protesting online to save the Internet we love.
